Continuing Professional Development Group
for Supervisors

These groups are for experienced practitioners who have undertaken training in supervision and practice as supervisors. Currently there are two separate groups, one facilitated by Jane and the other by Robin.  Both are experienced supervisors and  also train and supervise supervisors.

Robin's group meets six times per year, between 1.30 and 4.30 pm.

Jane's group meets every six weeks between 1.15 and 4.15 pm.

Each group has a maximum of eight members. The agenda is determined by the members and is specifically intended to meet the needs of supervisors in both private practice and within organisations.

Aims of the Group

  • Forum for professional and ethical debate.

  • Case discussion.

  • Supervision of supervision practice.

  • Professional development.

  • Peer support and opportunity for networking.

  • Any other related issue.

Fee: £50 per meeting (membership fee not an attendance fee)
